Robbie is the Founder and President of Glantz & Associates, a 25+year old company offering Ethics Based Services in Organizational Development.  She is a consultant, trainer, facilitator, educator and change agent.

Barbara Dash

Barbara has been a professional counselor, trainer, and lecturer for over thirty-five years. She has created and facilitated dynamic communication programs that have reached thousands of individuals in the Middle East, Europe, Canada, and the United States. She has managed various large non-profit organizations bringing her skills in conflict resolution techniques, mediation, leadership, diversity, and team building to create a successful and harmonious work environment.

Certified in several modalities of trauma therapy, such as Somatic Experiencing and Body Alignment, she maintained a successful psychotherapy practice for over twenty years, both in the Middle East and in Colorado. She has worked extensively with women in group settings worldwide, and with couples individually and in workshop settings. Her knowledge of the Enneagram and how it can support personal growth and development has helped many individuals globally. She is a professional member of the International Enneagram Association, and on the Board of Directors for the International Enneagram Association, Colorado Chapter.

Richard Dash

Richard offers the insight and wisdom that come from his solid background as an educator, corporate officer, mediator and business consultant. He has vast experience spanning four continents specializing in teaching proactive skills of non- adversarial conflict resolution, team collaboration, clarity of communication and multi -cultural understanding. He has provided team building, facilitation and executive skills development for senior leadership groups and individuals in public and private organizations including working with Fortune 500 companies on strategic initiatives.

Jennifer Sullivan, SHRM-CP

Jennifer is a Human Resource Professional with a SHRM designation.  Her solid background in Marketing contributes to her ability to help organizations brand themselves as an employer of choice that attracts and retains top talent.  Jennifer has worked for international companies and has traveled extensively throughout the globe.  She quickly assesses client challenges and brings practical and effective solutions.  Business minded and heart centered she develops collaborative partnerships and helps others to do so as well.    She has extensive experience in personnel selection and on boarding, policy development, proposal writing, presentations and program design.  Her passion is to help organizational journeys be empowering and successful for all.
